SMALL ARMS & LIGHT WEAPONS DEFINED
For the enlightenment of all guns enthusiasts, the "Small Arms" and "Light Weapons" definition had already been clarified and implemented way back in 2013 and then reconfirmed in 2014 as per the attached FEO Board Resolution in the matter of UDMC rifles. This resolution defined and clarified the provisions of R.A.10591. We have attached here the resolution pertaining to this matter. We see no conflict with the pronouncement of our Pres-elect Digong referring to the banning of "heavy firearms" since it is a military parlance for machine guns and assault rifles with FULL AUTOMATIC selectors that can no longer be procured by civilians upon the implementation of R.A.10591.
