The Sales and Promotion Representatives (SPRs) are responsible for a geographical territory and/or market segment in which they may serve either as “Internal” or “External” SPRs. In terms of territory, an SPR may be assigned to handle Luzon, Visayas or Mindanao. In terms of market segment, an SPR may be assigned to handle Commercial/Civilian market, AFP, PNP, PCG, BJMP or LEA and/or assist in participating in government biddings.
An Internal SPR may be assigned to handle a combination of call-in, walk-in or Facebook inquiries. Internal SPRs may work with current customers through remote contact. While Internal SPRs may contact new customers, they rarely leave the office or meet with customers directly (unless the customer comes to the office). On the other hand, External SPRs spend considerable time traveling and often meeting directly with both new and existing customers to market our products and ensure quality of service. The focus of External SPRs’ is the government market such as the AFP, PNP, PCG, LEA’s and local government units, such as, provincial, city and municipal governments.
SPR’s are primarily responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with potential customers whether civilian, police, military, law enforcement and/or LGU. This often involves corresponding with customers via personal visits (for External SPR) telephone, email or other means to take orders, solicit technical specifications (for biddings), provide information about new products and services, keep records and submit progress reports to Management on a weekly basis.
Qualifications: Direct selling experience acquired from real estate or cosmetics industries will be an advantage. Those with similar sales and promotion experience, not necessarily in the firearms or defense industry are invited to apply. Fresh graduates of a 4-year bachelor’s course are also welcome to apply. Must possess good written and oral communication skills. Must have an outgoing personality and must enjoy interacting with people. Willing to work beyond regular working days/hours. Those who live far from Sucat Road, Parañaque City need not apply. You will have difficulty with the traffic when the pandemic ends.
