The 6.5 Creedmoor round in UDMC's own version of the M110-SASS will be called the S6-DGIS and S6-PVAR. Cylindrical blanks for the 6.5 Creedmoor barrels from SS-410 stainless steel will soon be leaving the BERGARA plant in the Basque, Spain and to be made into finished barrels by UDMC in the Philippines.
UDMC's S6 M110-SASS in 6.5 Creedmoor will be promoted only to the special forces of the AFP, PNP and PCG. We aim to rollout this new caliber by the middle part of 2021!
Except for the furnitures, the S6 will look the same as its older brother in the photo below which is the S7 in caliber 7.62 NATO.
